1. Colon Cancer
A recent study found that people who sleep less than six hours per night on average will have increased nearly 50% exposed to the risk of colorectal adenomas compared with individuals who slept at least seven hours per night. Adenomas are precursors to cancerous tumors, and if untreated, can turn into malignant tumors.
