Building a Healthy and Happy Family

Every man would want to live happily. But did you know? that in order to happiness, the most important is healthy living. Try to imagine when you have a sore tooth. Are you able to laugh and be happy? The answer of course not. That is just a toothache. Imagine if the pain is more serious than that, not just your own. Family and friends would be sad.

Due to it, always try to remain healthy. To achieve good health, you and your family need a healthy environment as well, especially the environment in which you and your family to interact, even a house. Yes, the house should be a comfortable, enjoyable, and healthy for you and your family. If the house and its surroundings are always kept clean and healthy, then you and your family will be easy to run a healthy lifestyle. How do I?

  • First, clean the house regularly from dust and dirt that is a hotbed of disease. Get used to the whole family to regularly wash hands with soap often. This prevents entry of bacteria and viruses into the body. Encourage all family members to actively maintain personal health and the environment.
  •  Second, apply a healthy diet. Food plays an extremely vital in maintaining a healthy family. If food intake is healthy, both in terms of nutrition and hygiene, the health of the family would be guaranteed health. Avoid foods high in fat, sugar, and salt. Consumption of the three components were just enough and not excessive. Eat a varied and balanced diet from vegetables, fruits, milk to a variety of staple foods.
  • Third, the exercise routine. Do not forget this one activity. Sports not only important to keep the stay in shape physically, but also keep the brain fresh. According to Professor Daniel Landers of Arizona State University, sports play an important role in maintaining brain health. Regular physical exercise, according to a study done to improve concentration, creativity, and mental health. The reason is because of sports activities to improve the circulation of oxygen in the blood, including to the brain that can help improve concentration.
  • Fourth, adequate rest. Break the pattern is very big impact on health. Have you ever just sleep within 3-4 hours in the middle of dense activity? How does it feel? Body definitely feels sluggish and difficult to concentrate. Lack of rest will disrupt the body's metabolism. Ideally a person sleeps at least 7 hours per day. And remember, when it is sleep quality. Sleep in a quiet room with a different quality of fell asleep in front of the television still on, even though the same for 7 hours. Asleep in front of the television or the computer is on will bring harm to the body. "Our body thinks artificial light is the sun, and prevent the release of the hormone melatonin, the chemical that stimulates sleep," explains Zafarlotfi, PhD, director of the Institute for Sleep-Wake Disorders at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Run the patterns of healthy living with family. Invite family members to each other to remind each other. If all can run a healthy lifestyle together, then healthy life away from diseases such as flu, colds, and various other diseases, and happy you'll enjoy with the family.
