Definition of Health
The term healthy in everyday life is often used to tell that something can work normally. Even inanimate objects such as vehicles or any machinery, if it can function normally. Often the owner said that the vehicle is in good condition. And most people say well if the body feels refreshed and comfortable. Even a doctor would be declared healthy patients, while the results of examinations conducted by it to get the whole body of the patient to function normally. However, understanding that good health is not really like it.
Understanding of current health are bigger and dynamic, compared to the previous limit. This means that a person's health is not only measured by the physical, mental, and social, but also of productivity measured in terms of having a job or produce anything economically.
For those who have not got a job, teens, or for those who are not working (retirement) or old age, the true meaning of the social productive. For example, socio-economic productive for students is to achieve good performance, being productive socio-economic benefits to of advanced age or retired people is to have social and religious activities are worthwhile, not only for himself, but also for other people or society.
These four dimensions of health affect each other in realizing the health of a person, group or community. That is why, it contains four comprehensive health aspects. Embodiment of each of these aspects in a person's health include the following:
1. Physical Health
Physical health forms if anyone did not feel something, to complain of pain or no complaints and no pain objectively. All organs to function normally or not impaired.
2. Mental Health
Mental health or mental health includes three components, is the mind, emotional, and spiritual. A healthy mind is reflected in the way of thinking. Emotional health is reflected in one's ability to express emotions. example is the fear, joy, sadness and etc.
Spiritual health is reflected in the way of expressing one's gratitude, praise, trust and etc, to something beyond this mortal nature, that Almighty God. For example, spiritual health can be seen from the devout religious person. In other words, spiritual health is a situations where a person is absent and all the rules of their religion.
3. Social Health
Social health is formed when a person is able to relate with other people or groups who are different as well, without distinction, ethnicity, religion or belief, social status, economic, political, and etc, as well as mutual tolerance and respect for others.
4. Health Economics
Sense when viewed from the economic aspect of visible when a person (adult) productive, in the sense of having activities that produce something that can contribute to his own or his family financially. For those who are not yet mature (student) and elderly (retired), by itself this restriction does not apply.
Due to that, for the group, which is a productive social force, which has activities that are useful for their later life, such as students achievement, and social activities, religious, or other social services for the elderly.
